Before founding Lyonsdown, Bradley was a top performer in major blue chip companies including Canon, Yellow Pages and Pitney Bowes. He set up his first publishing company over 17 years ago, specialising in directories such as Colour Pages. He sold this company to create Lyonsdown. |

Georges Banna – sales directorGeorges started his career in advertising in 1998, before moving into publishing. With an entrepreneurial spirit as his driving force, he has successfully helped clients sell their services and products globally throughout that time. As Sales Director, his main focus is sales mentoring, strategic planning and ensuring Lyonsdown meets its clients' expectations in an increasingly complex media landscape. |

Marc Morrow – account directorMarc has more than 25 years' experience in sales, and has been the top salesperson at every company where he has worked. He is adept at guiding clients through the complex and shifting media landscape and helping them achieve their aims. He specialises in helping clients to get increased value from their advertising and sponsorship budgets. Marc joined forces with Bradley Scheffer in 2005 and helped take Lyonsdown to its position as the leading supplement provider in the UK. |

Tommie McDonald – publisherTommie is responsible for developing Lyonsdown's brands across all channels. He oversees the creation of all editorial content for our online, events and national press services, as well as the bespoke services we provide to clients to help them achieve specific objectives. Tommie started his career in the online gaming sector when the industry was still new. He now has more than ten years' experience in publishing, online and social media and the events industry, including four years with Lyonsdown. In that time he has built up a thorough understanding of the UK and international media. |

Lucie Carrington – managing editorLucie has edited a wide variety of business magazines covering management, health and public policy. She has also written regularly for the Daily Mail, The Guardian and The Daily Telegraph on business and consumer issues. Lucie has worked on several media launches and re-launches, and has worked on publishing projects for think tanks and business schools such as IPPR, The Work Foundation and Cranfield School of Management. |

Natalie Luketic – journal assistantIn her role as journal assistant at Lyondsown, Natalie is responsible for guiding clients through the production process. She advises clients on how to make the process as smooth and efficient as possible while ensuring their advertising and other contributions gain maximum impact. Natalie has a degree in media and communication & political science and before joining Lyonsdown she worked within a convergent media company in New Zealand involved in publishing, PR and market research. |

Ulrich Merkl – managing director (Germany)Ulrich studied economics at the University of Augsburg in Germany and has worked for some of Germany's biggest publishing houses, including WEKA Media Group and Vogel Business Media. He spent ten years in management and sales positions working for media real estate and capital investment companies based in Munich – while also working as an international DJ. Ulrich is a proven high performer whose role is to continue building Lyonsdown's German language business. |
Martin Nolan – creative directorMartin is a classically trained graphic designer with extensive and wide-ranging experience in newspaper, magazine and brochure design. He has worked on both consumer and business-to-business titles as well as on corporate identity projects. He combines design agency experience with a thorough knowledge of the reprographic and print processes. |
