Graduate training scheme

Lyonsdown provides a graduate training scheme that invests in your potential and is an ideal first step for anyone with a real passion for modern news media who is seeking a career in publishing and sales.

The position involves working with our partners, include The Sunday Telegraph, The Daily Telegraph and The Guardian newspapers.

At Lyonsdown, we offer exceptional careers to people with exceptional talent. You will be working in an experienced team of bright, ambitious, and commercially driven individuals.

As part of our team, you will be given extensive, ongoing training to promote our products on the phone and face-to-face. We have successfully trained graduates who now earn more than £60k a year, because our training programme is recognised as one of the strongest in the industry. You will be directly targeting corporate decision-makers at blue-chip organisations and building up a portfolio of clients and contacts.

We need people with a natural flair for sales and entrepreneurship. By this we mean a resourceful mind-set combined with the desire to succeed in a high pressure sales environment. You will also need to be an able communicator with the ability to thrive outside of your comfort zone.
